Naughty Nuri's started in 1995 on a quiet lane in Ubud — one grill, one rack of ribs, one killer marinade nobody could stop talking about. Thirty years later, the pit is still lit, the soundtrack is louder, and we're serving the same Balinese fire to guests on Rat-U-Thid in Patong.
Our Phuket room is home to Balinese classics like Babi Guling and Gilimanuk lamb shank, Asian-fusion streetside favorites, and of course — the signature ribs that started it all. Come hungry, stay late, order the piña colada.
